Wearing Blue
We read this book about a boy with autism to bring awareness and understanding as to why we are wearing blue today. 
Grade 5 Plays
The kindergarten students were invited into the grade 5 drama class today with Mrs. Walker. The students wrote, performed and did the sound and lighting for two plays. One was called Standing Tall about a class standing up to a bully and the other was about accepting responsibility for your actions-it was about a group of kids who knock over a birthday cake and blame it on the dog.

Here Come The Cows
Mrs. Wideman for the Dairy Board came to visit us last week. The students learned about milk production, milk products and how to milk a cow.
